OTC Options for Weight Loss:

1) Alli (Orlistat)
Must be 18 years and older. Works by preventing the absorption of some of the fat you eat. Most people lost 5-10 pounds over 6 months with Alli. Please read more about Alli here to see if it is right for you.
NOTE: Do NOT use if you have had an organ transplant. Orlistat interferes with the medicines used to prevent transplant rejection. Also ask doctor before use if you are taking warfarin, medications for diabetes or thyroid disease or other weight loss products.

Other Items:
1) Scale
2) Water
3) Multivitamin (especially in combination with Alli; can reduce the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K)
